HOW TO USE THE CALCULATOR

How to use the Palworld 1.0 breeding calculator.

Use Find Child to calculate the offspring of two selected Pals, or Find Parents when you already know the child species you want. Both modes use the same current Palworld breeding combination data.

FIND CHILD

Calculate the offspring of two Pals

This Palworld offspring calculator shows which child can hatch from your selected breeding pair.

  1. 1Select the first PalSearch for a Pal you own or plan to use in the Breeding Farm.
  2. 2Select the second PalChoose its breeding partner. Reversing the two selections does not change an ordinary species result.
  3. 3Check the offspringSelect “See Offspring” to view the recorded child and any special breeding rule.

FIND PARENTS

Find combinations for a target Pal

Reverse-search the Palworld 1.0 breeding table to find every direct pairing that can produce the species you want.

  1. 1Open Find ParentsSwitch to the reverse-search mode at the top of the calculator.
  2. 2Choose your target PalSearch for the child species you want to obtain.
  3. 3Compare valid combinationsReview the available pairs and choose one that fits your current Palbox.

HOW RESULTS WORK

How Palworld breeding results are calculated.

For most standard combinations, every Pal species has a hidden Breeding Power value, often called CombiRank by players. The game compares the midpoint of the two selected values with the eligible Pal list, and the nearest match becomes the child species. Because the ordinary calculation uses the pair’s values—not their left or right position—reversing the selections does not change that offspring result.

Standard breeding-power result

Two different species normally produce the eligible Pal closest to their combined breeding rank. Repeating the same ordinary combination therefore points to the same child species in the current table.

Special breeding combinations

Some named pairings produce a fixed Pal or elemental variant and override the normal CombiRank calculation. Other Pals are breeding-restricted and cannot be obtained through an ordinary cross-breed.

Species is predictable; traits can vary

This calculator predicts the offspring species. Passive-skill inheritance, IVs and other individual egg rolls are separate from the species result and are not calculated here yet.

PALWORLD 1.0 DATA COVERAGE

Plan with the current Palworld 1.0 breeding data.

The calculator covers standard parent combinations, fixed special recipes and breeding-restricted Pals. Every result links the two selected parents to the offspring currently recorded for Palworld 1.0.

Game updates can change breeding rules, so PalBreed Lab reviews the data again when a new patch affects combinations.

PALWORLD BREEDING CALCULATOR FAQ

Palworld 1.0 breeding questions, answered.

Is this breeding calculator updated for Palworld 1.0?

Yes. It covers the standard, special and restricted breeding combinations currently available for Palworld 1.0. Future game patches may still change individual results.

How do I calculate the offspring of two Pals?

Choose Find Child, select the two species you want to breed, and press See Offspring. The calculator checks special rules first and otherwise returns the child recorded by the current breeding-power table.

How do I find every combination for a specific Pal?

Switch to Find Parents, search for the target species, and review all currently recorded direct pairings. You can also open the dedicated Palworld parent calculator for the full reverse-search view.

Will the same two Pals always produce the same species?

The same ordinary species combination points to the same child species in the current table; the individual egg is not choosing a random species. Fixed special combinations and breeding-restricted Pals follow their own recorded rules.

What happens when I breed two Pals of the same species?

Same-species breeding normally produces that species. This is especially important for several restricted or legendary Pals that cannot be created through ordinary cross-breeding and instead require the allowed same-species recipe.

What are special breeding combinations in Palworld?

Special combinations are named pairings with a fixed result that overrides the normal Breeding Power or CombiRank calculation. They are commonly used to produce elemental variants and other recipe-specific offspring.

Does the calculator predict passive skills or IV inheritance?

No. The calculator currently predicts the offspring species and identifies special or restricted rules. Passive skills, IVs and other individual egg rolls can vary and are outside the current calculator. See the Water and Ice combat passive guide for a route-planning framework.

Are Mutated Egg outcomes fixed?

Community reports show patterns worth testing, but the calculator does not publish a fixed mutation pool or guaranteed probability without reproducible current data. Read the Mutated Eggs evidence guide to separate confirmed mechanics from player observations.

Can mutation-exclusive passives be inherited?

Do not assume every exclusive passive follows the same inheritance rule. Record the source Pal, both parents, child and game build separately while the current 1.0 interactions are being verified.

What do I need to breed Pals in the game?

Assign one male and one female Pal to a Breeding Farm, place Cake in the farm chest, wait for an egg, and move it to an Egg Incubator. The calculator helps you choose the species combination before you spend those resources.
